Combinatorial libraries of N-acylated 5-(S)-aminomethyloxazolidinone derivatives of S-oxide and S,S-dioxide tetrahydro-4(2H)-thiopyranyl and thiomorpholine phenyloxazolidinone series have been synthesized on a solid phase and evaluated for antimicrobial activity.
